At The Doll House Boutique, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped with care. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Once your package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, The Doll House Boutique is no longer responsible for the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • The Doll House Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

  • Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for items marked “delivered” by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.


Shipping Protection (Optional)

If you would like coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged orders, we highly recommend purchasing third-party shipping insurance at checkout (if offered). Orders without insurance are shipped at the customer’s own risk.

Address Errors

  • If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, The Doll House Boutique is not liable for the package.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for new shipping fees.

International Shipping 

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer's responsibility.

  • The Doll House Boutique is not responsible for customs delays.

This shipping policy may be updated or changed at any time without notice and is effective immediately upon posting.
