At The Doll House of Coco Boutique, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following policy carefully.

Customers can’t request returns for items set as SALE !!

Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
  • We do not offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes or styles will be available at the time of your request.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear (including deodorant marks, makeup, or fragrance).

  • All original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or inventory-integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, hair items, etc.)

  • Bodysuits, shapewear, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes (optional — let me know if you want this included or removed)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund to your original form of payment will be issued.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.

Any chargeback initiated will be fully disputed using all available evidence, including but not limited to:

Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks may result in:
